Here is Miriam and Leyre and we are your exchange mates. Now we are going to introduce ourselves. We study in Torrente Ballester and we are fifteen years old.
Firstly, I´m Miriam. I like learning new languages such as english and german, and i also like watching series and cooking. My favourite food is pasta and my favourite color is purple. I am medium-height, I have brown hair and brown eyes. My personality is special , i am shy and creative.
Secondly, I am Leyre. I love playing soccer, my favourite team is Atletico de Madrid and I also like learning new languages like english and chinese. My best dish is pizza and I´m allergic to eggs. Parla is a small city of Madrid and maybe the ugliest one.But the center of Madrid is very beautiful and you can visit places like The Prado museum, Gran Vía or Sol.Our school is better than others because we have swimming pool, exchange programes and laboratory.

We love to learn new things and to talk in english. If you visit Parla you should go to Madrid to see the Plaza Mayor, Santiago Bernabéu, Wanda Metropolitano and a lot more. In terms of food you should try ¨bocata de calamares¨, paella or ´´tortilla de patata. Madrid is a fantastic place to visit and i recommend you to visit it.

I´m Borja and I have been in quarantine for almost 40 days. I could do the shopping (essential) but I couldn´t go ouside because we must to stay at home. I have been learning how to do a lot of things and I baked a lot of cakes! ;)
I hope that this situation improve early because I would like to go outiside and meet my family and my friends!

Dentro de un par de días podremos salir a hacer deporte, pero en solitario.

¿Qué tal estáis? Espero que todo esté bien en América y sobretodo que vosotros y vuestras familias estéis sanos y felices. Here in Spain we have been in quarantine for almost 50 days and I do not know what else to do with so much time, I have done everything: I have cooked, I have played sports, I have sewn, I have played games, I have made hundreds of video calls and above all I have made lots of duties and jobs.
It is very difficult to be separated from your family, from your friends, from the people you care about ... but we must be strong and positive and wait so that after this quarantine we can return to them and love them much more.

Os recomiendo que utiliceis este tiempo para pensar y aprender cosas nuevas.
Quiero daros ánimos a todos, q sepais que pronto todo esto se va a acabar y todo va a volver a la normalidad. Tambien os queria decir que no os canseis de luchar porque la única manera de volver a la normalidad es ayudarnos y apoyarnos más que nunca.

I’m Kisia and I have been in quarantine since March 13, I thing we are doing well, the situation is Spain has been very difficult these days, but we are trying to do the best , right now all the kids who are under the 14 years old can go outside for an hour and from tomorrow we can go for a walk too, That’s good!

Por aquí ya vamos mejorando, poco a poco estamos pudiendo salir a la calle, empezaros los niños, los cuales podían salir para dar pequeños paseos con mascarilla y guantes y acompañados de sus padres, hoy ya podemos salir todos a ciertas horas y separados por un metro de distancia y con las protecciones necesarias.
El día 11 ya podrán abrir los negocios y se podrá salir con algo más de normalidad, pero hasta ahora con cuidado.
Espero que vosotros y vuestros seres queridos estén bien, que eso es lo mas importante. Y sobretodo mucho animo y mucha fuerza.

I'm Sara and I've been in quarantine since the schools closed. These days I have done many things such as drawing and playing sports. Now that we have time we can do things that before we couldn't do because we didn't have time. We are doing very well, today you can go out to play sports, so I think the situation is improving.
I hope we will return to normal soon.

Hoy ya puede salir todo el mundo a dar pequeños paseos y ha hacer deporte a determinadas horas, el día 12 abrirán todos los negocios.

How are you in USA?
In Spain are in quarantine more than a month. Our lifes have changed much. Only people that have a job that can't do online go out. The rest of the people study or work online. Only can go out to buy food, work or go to the hospital. Recently are allowing to take a walk with the children for they don't get overwhelmed. Many people are using this situation for be more time with the family and do hobbies or discover one new.
How do you get it there? I wish that good.

En España hemos estado en cuarentena más de un mes. Nuestras vidas han cambiado desde entonces. Mucha gente esta trabajando o estudiando online y solo nos dejan salir para comprar comida, trabajar o ir al hospital. Podeis aprovechar este momento para hacer cosas que deseabais hacer, hacer ejercicio, ver series, un hobby...Seguramente esto pase más pronto que tarde y todo volverá a la normalidad.

Hola! ¿Como estáis? ¿Lleváis bien la cuarentena? Yo estoy muy a gusto sin tener que madrugar. Cuando en las noticias salió que podíamos salir a la calle a hacer deporte la gente se volvió loca y empezó a salir en manada a la calle. ¿Os estáis aburriendo mucho? Yo no. Tengo muchas series pendientes para ver así que nunca estoy aburrida.

When the news came out that we could go out to play sports, people went crazy and began to flock to the street. Are you getting bored a lot? I do not. Hi everyone! It´s Diego here. As you should know, in Spain we have been under quarantine for more than 40 days. At the moment, the governnment has given some permissions to us and we can go out of home for one hour a day, which is great for us to take a breath and disconnect a bit from all this. These days are great to do the thing you like doing and discover new activities you could like. One of my favourite activities to do now is watching TV series. If you haven´t watched , I recommend you "Money Heist". It´s spanish and it´s really entertaining.

Of course I miss my friends and family so it has disadvantages too. If you are bored I recomend you to see 'Elite' fron Netflix, the first season is boring but then you won't stop seeing it until the end.Much encouragement.

Yo estoy aprovechando esta situación para ver muchas películas y series, jugar a juegos de mesa con mi familia, montar puzzles, cocinar y un montón de cosas. Estoy segura de que muy pronto todo volverá a la normalidad.

I hope that very good, the situation is not being easy, I have lost count of the days we have been in quarentine, although little by little everything is returning to normal, now we can go out every day to play sports or take a walk but we have to wear gloves and a mask and it's very uncomfortable.
I am taking advantage of these days to watch movies and series, play board games with my family, assemble puzzles, cook and a lot of things. I am sure that in a very short time all this will be over and we will return to normal.

Hello everyone, I’m Laura and here in Spain, we have already been in quarantine for around one month. But luckily the situation in my country is getting better.
The De-escalation is slowly starting, for example, today,2 of May, we can go outside to have a walk or do some sport but only for one hour.
The children under 14 years old can go outside to play. In my opinion, I think that the Spanish people are doing very well the De-escalation although some irresponsible people don’t follow the rules.

In Spain we started the quarantine in March, and we could only go outside for essential things like buying food.
These days I have done a lot of things, like reading, cooking, watching movies ...
Now, we can go outside from 6 to 10 in the morning, and from 8 to 11 at night; but only for walking and doing sport.
I hope this ends and we can go outside as soon as possible.

En España empezamos la cuarentena en marzo, y solo podíamos salir a la calle para cosas esenciales como para comprar comida.
Estos días he hecho muchas cosas, como leer,cocinar, ver películas...
Ahora, podemos salir a la calle desde las 6 hasta las 10 de la mañana, y desde las 8 hasta las 11 de la noche; pero solo para pasear y para hacer deporte.
Espero que esto termine y que podamos salir a la calle lo antes posible.

Hi, I'm Quinten. I hope everybody is doing alright. The quarantine has been tough, but it's good that things seem like they're getting better. For the past couple of months, I've been sleeping a lot and watching Netflix. I'm hoping that things get back to normal soon, and I hope you guys stay safe. Hope we can talk soon.

Esto no es mucho hizo en cuarentena, pero yo aprendiendo tocar la guitarra y trabajar en mi arte. Cuando esto termine estoy adoptando un animal. La cuarenta no me ha afectado mucho porque me gustar en la casa. Estoy contento de que nuestro gobernador está haciendo lo que pueda. Finalmente, Yari y yo tenemos el mismo interés en Netflix. xD

Hello to anyone that’s quarantined and reading this I hope that everything is well on your end and if not, best of wishes. Other than being restricted to certain things, quarantine has been a scary yet calming thing. It’s also a lot easier to focus on schoolwork and not having to deal with the drama from school. ‘Cause there’s a lot, but I’m thankful to not be on an extreme lockdown or to experience a situation of unemployment. The best thing to do during this time is to be responsible, be aware, and be safe.

Me llamo Bella. Estoy muy aburrida. yo uso mi bicecleta mucho. 2 dias hace mi hermana y yo vijajda 35 millas en bicecleta. Nosotros fuimos a Cleveland, un muy grande ciudad. Soy aprendir mucho actividads, yo horneo mucho. Mi favorita cosa hornear es pastel de cafe. yo uso las redes social mucho. Espero que te encuentres bien.

I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. This quarantine is very boring and I am starting to run out of things to do. I started to learn how to skateboard and it is very difficult. I just finished watching 'that 70s show' for the 3rd time, i reccomend it if you are in need of a show to watch. It is an American show about a group of kids in the 70s.
